We have made some changes at Eyecare Advantage Camberwell so that we can maintain social distancing measures
We would prefer to have only one or two customers in the shop at any one time. If a customer is already in-store when you arrive, please let us meet you at the door to answer a query, or to let you know how long until we expect to be available.
Please call us before visiting our store if
you are, or have recently been unwell with any cold/flu-like symptoms
you have been in contact with anyone who is currently isolating as a COVID-19 precaution
Protective screens are in place on the reception desk and in the consulting room. We have masks and gloves available for when we need them, and hand sanitiser is available on the reception desk. Door handles and commonly-touched surfaces are being sanitised regularly.
If you handle any frames in store, we will ask you to place them on the reception desk afterwards so they can be cleaned before going back on display.
Sight tests are still available. In the consulting room, we have installed a screen between the optometrist’s working area and the patient chair.
There are some problems which can be discussed over the phone – telehealth consultations are available at Eyecare Advantage Camberwell when appropriate
Our appointment times have been more widely spaced to avoid any crowding or mingling of patients. Our on-line booking service is currently suspended, so please call 98822199 to book appointments
If you are due for a sight test, but would prefer to defer, please let us know and we will update your reminder to a more suitable date. If you are due for a contact lens check-up, please call us to discuss your ongoing supplies of lenses
